Nam Nam Hästgodis - Treats that gallop with flavor
NAM NAM HÄSTGODIS was founded in 2022 and produces pick-and-mix horse treats that are completely free of added sugar and preservatives. The brief was to create a full branding concept, website design and packaging design for the brand as it was preparing for it's launch in late 2022. The primary target audience of the brand is girls between the ages of 10 and 18 who are interested in horse back riding.

My competitor analysis revealed that the majority of horse candy brands have adopted a branding approach centered around a neutral color palette, predominantly featuring green and beige tones. Their brand messages primarily emphasize the use of natural and healthy ingredients in their products. However, research indicates that among our target audience, pastel colors such as Pink, Blue, Green, and Purple are the most appealing. Consequently, I decided to develop a vibrant and playful branding concept utilizing these pastel colors, which allowed our brand to stand out distinctively from our competitors. Additionally, I strategically incorporated imagery reminiscent of regular candy to evoke a sense of deliciousness and playfulness associated with regular candy. In summary, the chosen branding concept seeks to establish a strong connection with horse owners and riders, showcasing our company's unwavering dedication to delivering top-quality, wholesome products for their beloved animals. Simultaneously, it highlights the enjoyable and delectable nature of the horse candy.
